Lamar Consolidated ISD Private School Invite
Saturday, October 29th

The Village HS swim team competed in their first meet of the season this past weekend at the LCISD Private School Invite. Strong performances were abundant as the Viking Women finished 5th and the Viking Men 9th for a combined team finish of 9th overall.

On the lady’s side, several swimmers scored points for the Village cause, including top point scorers Olivia G, (2nd in the 50 Free and 3rd in the 100 FR, and Hazel S, (6th in both the 100 BR & 200 IM). Other girls scoring points were: Kierra C, Nicole K, Victoria W & Audrey Z.

For the Viking Men, top scorers were Mac B & Tom N. Mac placed 10th in the 50 FR, 5th in the 100 & Tom placed 7th in the 50 Fr, 6th in the 100 Fr.

Points were also scored by the Viking Relay Teams

The Viking Swimmers have their next meet against St Agnes, St John’s & Strake this coming Thursday taking place at Strake Jesuit HS Natatorium @ 5 PM
