Middle School Golf Playing Well Early in the Season
The middle school golfers opened up their season with a solid start at a wet but beautiful Hermann Park Golf Club, Monday, February 26th, hosted by Presbyterian. Rohan B. and Caroline H. made their tournament debut with a 63 for Rohan and Caroline a 59. Caroline even chipped in her last shot on the ninth hole!
On Monday, March 5th, the middle school team competed in The Village School Golf Tournament at Hearthstone Country Club. The boys team came in 3rd place overall and 7th grader, Kris K., shot a 39 on his way to a 2nd place finish. Coach Rosario was very excited about the progress her team has been showing. "The team is gaining more and more experience each time they play on the course and you can really start to see the confidence and improvement in their decision making and in the quality of their swings."
