Preseason Varsity Golf Write Up from Coach DeBakey!

The HS golf team is excited to continue its great season! The Vikings are returning four players from last year's squad, including Sebastian A., Enrique O., Henrik B., and Aidan C. In addition, promising young freshman Cole B. will be a great addition to the HS team this season. So far, the Vikings participated in the Clements HS tournament at Sweetwater Country Club where junior Sebastian A. tied for 4th overall, in the rain shortened event, and junior Aidan C. tied for 10th in the Kinkaid Invitational Tournament at Black Horse Golf Course. The team is excited to host it's next tournament at Hearthstone Country Club on March 5th and have their sights on competing in the district tournament on March 26th at Glennloch Pines. Go Vikings!
